Review status: this operational draft must be checked against the confirmed legal entity details and reviewed by an Australian lawyer before public launch.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. Acceptance and operator

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Liquid Gold Exchange (“LGX”, “we”, “us”) operates the website. The operating entity’s confirmed legal name, ABN and business address must be inserted before launch.

2. Information-only website

This Phase 1 website provides general information about physical bullion products and a way to contact LGX by email. It is not an online trading platform, account portal, payment service or KYC portal.

3. No live or executable pricing

No price shown or described on this website is a firm, live or executable price. Prices, premiums, foreign exchange, taxes, freight, availability and other terms can change without notice. A firm quote exists only when LGX expressly confirms it through an authorised dealing process and states its validity period.

4. Enquiries are not orders

Sending an email or other enquiry does not create an account, reserve inventory, lock a price, create an order, require LGX to supply a product or oblige you to transact. LGX may decline an enquiry or require further information.

5. No financial advice

Website content is general information only and does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not financial product, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Obtain appropriate independent advice before acting.

6. Product information and availability

Images may be illustrative. Packaging, finish, dimensions and other product details may change or vary by batch. References to refiners and trademarks identify products and do not imply endorsement beyond any confirmed commercial relationship. Availability must be confirmed directly with LGX.

7. Customer verification and compliance

Any future transaction is subject to LGX’s customer acceptance, identity verification, KYC, sanctions and other compliance procedures. An enquiry cannot become a transaction until the required checks are completed. Do not email identity documents or bank details through the Phase 1 enquiry process.

8. Permitted use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it excessively, misrepresent LGX content or use it unlawfully. You may retain reasonable copies for personal evaluation but may not commercially reproduce LGX branding or content without permission.

9. Intellectual property and third-party links

Unless otherwise stated, LGX or its licensors own the website content, design and branding. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property. External links are provided for convenience and LGX is not responsible for third-party content or services.

10. Availability, accuracy and liability

LGX may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. While reasonable care is taken, we do not promise that the website is uninterrupted, error-free, complete or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGX excludes liability arising solely from reliance on this general website information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy, changes and governing law

Our Privacy Policy applies to personal information. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. The governing-law and jurisdiction clause must be completed after LGX confirms the operating entity and its Australian place of business.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the secure enquiry form.
