FAQ
Questions, answered.
The ones we are asked most, and can answer plainly. Anything about tax, buy-back or account opening is better handled by the desk than by a web page.

What we supply
- Which bars do you supply?
-
Ten formats from six refiners: ABC Bullion (Australia), Heraeus (Germany), Argor-Heraeus (Switzerland), Metalor (Switzerland), PAMP Suisse (Switzerland) and The Royal Mint (United Kingdom). 100 g and 1 kg, all 999.9 fine.
- What is the difference between a cast bar and a minted bar?
-
A cast bar is poured molten into a mould and left to cool, so it keeps a natural surface texture and no two are identical. It carries the lowest premium.
A minted bar is pressed from a blank: sharp edges, a mirror face, usually sealed in an assay card. The premium is a little higher and it presents better on resale. The gold content is identical.
- What is the Signature Selection?
-
Design-led bars that also carry advanced security features: the PAMP Suisse Lady Fortuna™, The Royal Mint Britannia, and the Argor-Heraeus Kinebar®, whose Kinegram® optical security is struck into the bar itself and reads from both faces.
- Does every bar come with a certificate?
-
Yes. Every bar we supply is serial-numbered and matched to its own assay certificate, sealed or card-mounted from the refinery.
Pricing
How the numbers work
- How is the price calculated?
-
Indicative price = spot gold × bar weight × (1 + dealer premium). The premium covers refinery fabrication, assay, packaging and handling.
During Phase 1 the website does not publish a numerical product price or premium. Email the dealing desk for an indicative quote and current availability.
- Are the prices on this site live?
-
No. Phase 1 does not publish numerical prices. The placeholder price model remains internal to the prototype and is not presented as market data. Email the dealing desk for an indicative quote.
- When is my price locked?
-
Spot moves continuously, so the figures here are a reference. The final price is confirmed and locked by the desk when the order is placed.
Buying
How it works
- Can I buy and pay on the website?
-
No. This site presents product information and is not a shopping cart. Choose what interests you and send an email enquiry — the desk will confirm specification, quantity, delivery, availability and pricing directly.
- When does the client platform open?
-
It is being built. Until it opens, please deal with the desk directly by email.

Who you are dealing with
- Who is LGX, and what is the relationship with Zhou Liu Fu?
-

That parentage is the point: LGX draws on the group's long-standing supply relationships with ABC, Heraeus, Argor-Heraeus, Metalor, PAMP Suisse and The Royal Mint to bring investment-grade bars directly to Australian clients.
